Major Responsibilities:Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Logistics Specialist will be tasked with:Timely and accurately processing customer orders to uphold exceptional service levels.Fostering positive and professional relationships with customers, third-party logistics (3PL) providers, and carrier partners.Coordinating domestic and international shipments while ensuring compliance with shipping regulations, Incoterms, and customs documentation requirements.Acting as a primary point of contact for all logistics-related inquiries, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.Overseeing the Return Material Authorization (RMA) process for product returns to OrganOx Inc. (U.S.) and OrganOx Ltd. (U.K.).
