We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to oversee and guide our employees in the micro-lending sector at Amartha. The primary responsibility is to ensure operational efficiency while establishing strategic goals for future growth. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to mentor team members to enhance performance in alignment with our company vision and culture. The ultimate goal is to ensure the profitability of our operations, contributing to sustainable development and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the performance and target achievement of marketing/business partner teams.
- Conduct market reviews and implement strategies to meet established targets.
- Manage business processes according to standard operating procedures (SOPs), both administratively and in the field.
- Oversee the quality and quantity of branch/point portfolios.
- Ensure team cohesion and effectively manage internal conflicts in accordance with company policies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Diploma or equivalent educational background.
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Experience managing a team of 5 to 10 members.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Micro Finance, preferably within Grameen Financial Institutions.
- Proficient in developing sales and marketing strategies to achieve targets.
- Must possess a motorcycle and a valid SIM C license.
