A blend of sales expertise, operational efficiency, and a strong customer-focused approach is essential for success in this position. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Design and execute local sales strategies to achieve sales targets. Manage incoming leads, guiding them through the sales funnel to maximize conversions. Coordinate vehicle preparation for defleet, including MOT, repairs, cleaning audits, and photography alongside local staff and the asset operations team. Prepare vehicles for customer visits and handovers post-sale in collaboration with depot colleagues. Conduct engaging customer demonstrations and manage the vehicle handover process. Establish and nurture local partnerships for vehicle photography, third-party condition reports, etc. Organize and host local sales events, such as open days at the depot. Collaborate with headquarters to ensure alignment of priorities and quality execution. Maintain precise records of sales activities and performance metrics. Handle inbound leads as an online sales executive would.
