This position serves as the central liaison among the Finance team, the broader business units, and external implementation/support partners, ensuring our systems are stable, compliant, well-governed, and continuously providing business value.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESServe as the primary contact for Finance and non-Finance users regarding Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (MSD).Provide functional support, troubleshooting, and guidance to users.Coordinate and escalate incidents and complex queries to external partners as necessary.Manage data flows and interfaces to and from MSD, ensuring data integrity and timeliness.Execute configuration changes within MSD where complexity is low, in accordance with agreed processes; collaborate with external partners for more intricate changes.Maintain comprehensive system documentation, encompassing processes, configurations, and user guidance.Change & Release Management (MSD)Lead and coordinate the Change Management process for MSD, including:Evaluating the business value, risks, costs, and implications of requested changes.Facilitating the prioritization of change requests in collaboration with Finance and business stakeholders.Coordinating the execution of changes in alignment with defined requirements and timelines.Ensuring appropriate testing:Conduct functional pre-testing with the Application Manager.Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by the business.Securing necessary approvals and formal sign-off for change execution and go-live.Deploying changes and updates across environments efficiently.
