Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the management of multiple teams and clients throughout the entire Salesforce CRM development lifecycle, including implementation and quality assurance.
- Employ structured analytical thinking to swiftly adapt to changes in organizational policies, processes, and business priorities, drawing on substantial experience in business operations.
- Craft systems strategy, define requirements, design, prototype, and test customized technology solutions while supporting system implementation efforts.
- Engage with onshore stakeholders to grasp requirements, propose design modifications, communicate daily progress, and manage stakeholder relationships and escalations.
- Conduct business analysis to track and enhance performance metrics and profitability.
- Exhibit strong leadership qualities, inspiring team members through exemplary conduct.
- Lead, mentor, coach, and motivate team members to achieve their highest performance levels and enhance their career trajectories.
- Assist in the formulation and execution of talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies.
- Ensure high-quality project delivery of engagements led by you.
- Support practice development initiatives, including knowledge management, service standardization, and development of points of view.
- Possess a solid understanding of general project management principles.
