About the Role
As the Assistant Business Manager, you will embody the spirit of Charlotte Tilbury within Travel Retail, inspiring your team with our distinct vision. You are driven to surpass targets, fostering exceptional team performance through motivation and engagement. Your dedication to enhancing customer experiences will guide your leadership approach, as you explore innovative ways to connect with and delight our customers. Working closely with your Business Manager, you will support the smooth daily operations of the Tilbury Terminal, daring to dream and achieve beyond borders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed financial goals and key performance metrics.
- Assist the Business Manager in setting individual and team sales targets, effectively communicating objectives to the Retail Artists.
- Exhibit entrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasm for the company's success, positioning yourself as a brand expert among retail artistry brands.
- Lead by example to ensure exceptional customer service and crafting memorable customer experiences.
- Provide coaching and constructive feedback to the team, upholding Charlotte Tilbury's standards in service and artistry.
- Take initiative to elevate customer service beyond expectations.
