What You’ll Be Doing
Act as a representative for Rite Window within retail environments and promotional events
Engage with customers in a professional and energetic manner, educating them about our products and services
Generate leads by arranging in-home consultations with our design and installation specialists
Participate in ongoing training to continuously improve product knowledge and communication skills
Assist homeowners in starting their journey towards beautiful, hassle-free home enhancements
What You Bring
1-2 years of experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or other customer-centric roles is advantageous, but not mandatory
Exceptional communication skills and an innate ability to connect with customers
Drive to exceed performance expectations and a passion for helping others
