Drayer Physical Therapy, a member of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, seeks Physical Therapist Assistants for a local float position in Manchester and York, PA. This role supports several outpatient orthopedic clinics, offering flexibility with full-time, part-time, and PRN schedules. Both recent graduates and experienced PTAs are welcome.
Role overview
- Work within a collaborative outpatient orthopedic setting, helping patients regain mobility and function

Key responsibilities
- Provide hands-on, evidence-based care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Assist patients with individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and daily function
- Monitor patient progress and communicate closely with the clinical team
- Build positive relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and the local community
- Participate in ongoing training and mentorship through Upstream’s programs
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Active PTA license in Maryland or eligibility for licensure
Compensation and benefits
- Hourly pay: $28.00 - $34.00
