What will I be doing?
- Convert qualified leads from the Inside Sales and Sales Development Representative (SDR) teams, guiding them through product demonstrations and negotiations to successful closures.
- Develop and execute detailed business plans to meet goals and quotas, strategically steering each deal towards closure.
- Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand customer business priorities and challenges, providing tailored introductions to Zenoti products that address their specific needs.
- Act as a strategic partner for new customers, sharing insights into their market, industry, business models, and opportunities regarding Zenoti's systems.
- Collaborate with Technical Sales Engineers to prepare for product demonstrations and technical discussions with potential clients.
- Ensure a seamless transition of new customers to implementation teams with comprehensive notes and specifications, while managing customer expectations throughout their journey with Zenoti.
- Upsell additional Zenoti products and services to existing customers.
- Work alongside the Inside Sales team to strategize on expanding the sales pipeline.
