Operational Cost Control· Monitor operational expenses at the farm and site levels.· Review and validate Purchase Orders (POs) prior to submission to the central accounting team.· Ensure procurement prices align with negotiated terms and current market rates.· Conduct basic due diligence on suppliers, including price comparisons and documentation checks.· Verify cost allocations and ensure they properly link to operations.· Track input usage, wastage, and efficiency indicators.· Address missing or inconsistent documentation with operations teams.· Identify cost overruns and report deviations to management.2. Commercial Reporting & Performance Analysis· Maintain and update commercial dashboards covering sales margins, volumes, customer, and product performance.· Provide insights on pricing margins and customer profitability.· Track sales against harvest forecasts, highlighting commercial variances.· Assist the commercial team with data for negotiation planning and forecasting.· Validate sales and revenue-related data before processing by the Manila team.3.
