We are seeking a dedicated IT Specialist to oversee the daily management of our computer networks. The selected candidate will regularly assess our IT systems to ensure they meet operational demands and will provide recommendations for enhancements and upgrades.The role requires monitoring system functions to confirm proper operations and identify any errors. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving all hardware and software issues faced by employees.Additionally, you will prepare requisition forms for necessary hardware and software, set up and install equipment for new hires, ensuring that cables, operating systems, and relevant software are correctly installed.In cases of significant hardware or software issues, you will liaise with vendors for service. Minor repairs to hardware or software will also be part of your responsibilities, ensuring adherence to design specifications.Security management of data, network access, and backup systems will be a crucial aspect of your role. You will also develop training materials and conduct training sessions on network security, data privacy, and best practices for computer usage.Conducting feasibility studies for office automation, including workforce analysis and space design, may also be required.
