Oversee and manage contracts and agreements with vendors, consultants, banks, tenants, contractors, and municipalities.2. Execute accounts receivable tasks, including invoicing, deposits, collections, and tracking revenue.3. Perform reconciliation of accounts as required.4. Manage data entry and supervise the bank reconciliation process.5. Collect data for monthly financial reports to monitor company financial health.6. Prepare balance sheets, financial statements, and payroll documentation.7. Uphold strict confidentiality regarding company finances and records.8.
