In your role as a Sales Development Representative for the Asia Pacific region, you will play a vital role in our sales efforts by identifying and nurturing new business opportunities. Your responsibilities will include engaging with potential restaurant clients, informing them about OpenTable's reservation and guest management solutions, and booking appointments for our Account Executives. Your communication skills and ability to foster relationships will be key to our continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Qualify restaurant leads by applying an Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) to ensure alignment with OpenTable's offerings.
- Schedule sales appointments with qualified leads for Account Executives.
- Perform outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and social media to engage potential restaurant clients.
- Educate prospects about OpenTable's products and services, emphasizing their value for restaurant operations.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to develop strategies for targeted accounts and share insights to enhance conversion rates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant decision-makers, establishing yourself as a trusted resource.
- Utilize customer relationship management software (e.g., Salesforce) to track prospect interactions and maintain accurate records.
