Role Overview (Your Responsibilities):
Take full ownership of Zendesk , managing workflows, triggers, automations, macros, views, and user management for diverse patient-facing teams and brands.
Identify and troubleshoot system issues, edge cases, and workflow conflicts to ensure seamless operations at scale.
Design and apply configuration changes with a deep understanding of their downstream impact.
Uphold high standards for system hygiene, documentation, and change management.
Develop and refine reporting and dashboards that provide teams with clear insights into performance, volume, and system behavior.
Transform vague inquiries into actionable insights that enhance operational efficiency.
