You leverage AI to enhance outreach and personalization, thriving in a diverse range of product lines and industries.Key Responsibilities• Independently generate and manage your own leads; oversee the sales process from outreach to close and handover.• Utilize AI-driven outreach, personalization, and scheduling to boost pipeline efficiency.• Lead discovery calls, develop proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize contracts.• Ensure seamless transition to onboarding and relationship teams; maintain precise pipeline and forecasts.QualificationsEssential Qualifications• Demonstrated success in end-to-end sales with a consistent track record of closing deals.• Proficiency in AI-assisted outreach and CRM-based selling; exceptional negotiation skills.• Resilient, self-driven, and capable of managing an entire sales pipeline; fluent in English.Preferred Qualifications• Experience in healthtech, wellness, or enterprise SaaS sales.• Familiarity with channel/partner models or high-value consultative sales.Compensation & Performance BonusesMonths 1–3: Commission-based (10% on all products & services); Fast-start bonus structure (increases commission to 20% during initial months).Month 4+: Base salary of USD $500–$1,000 per month (commensurate with experience/results) + standard commission (10%) and bonuses based on fast-start structure.FAST START BONUS: Month 1–3: total 20% commission; Month 4–6: total 15% commission.On-target earnings will vary based on performance and commission.Payment & Contractor TermsIndependent Contractor status only. Payments made in USD via bank direct deposit. Invoicing is monthly.
