We are currently on the lookout for a motivated and passionate Assistant Store Manager to become an integral part of our team at the Mankato, MN location. In this role, you will play a key part in assisting the Store Manager with daily operations, driving sales, and upholding our high standards of customer service and store presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Store Operations: Assist in managing day-to-day store operations to ensure seamless processes, participate in opening and closing procedures, handle cash, and manage inventory effectively.
- Customer Service: Maintain exceptional customer service at all times, addressing customer concerns promptly and fostering a customer-centric culture that enhances the shopping experience.
- Team Management: Support the recruitment, training, and ongoing development of team members while ensuring adequate staffing through effective scheduling.
- Inventory Management: Help manage inventory, including ordering and stocking, while implementing measures to minimize shrinkage and optimize product availability.
- Sales Support: Assist in meeting store sales goals, monitoring daily performance, and participating in promotional events to enhance visibility.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with health, safety, and sanitation standards, conducting regular inspections and training staff on safety practices.
- Administrative Duties: Aid the Store Manager with administrative tasks such as inventory counts and employee records.
