Position Overview As a Personal Care Specialist at Green Thumb Industries, you will create meaningful, one-on-one connections with our patients and customers, guiding them through their experience from the moment they step into our retail space until they complete their purchase. We are looking for enthusiastic candidates who embody the welcoming spirit of a barista in a cozy café. Our Personal Care Specialists play a pivotal role in our success by matching each unique customer with the ideal products and consumption methods tailored to their individual needs. Mastery of our product offerings is essential as you assist customers navigating our dispensary. Key Responsibilities Engage with patients and customers in a friendly, customer-centric retail environment. Educate patients and customers about product offerings, consumption methods, and safety protocols during interactions. Utilize comprehensive product knowledge to recommend safe and effective consumption regimens tailored to individual needs. Foster a positive, communicative work environment that prioritizes patient and customer satisfaction. Verify order deliveries for accuracy and assist in stock management. Support management to ensure smooth retail operations, compliance with regulations, and address any reported issues or complaints. Uphold local and state cannabis regulations. Maintain a well-stocked sales floor and ensure overall store cleanliness and compliance. Maintain necessary hard copy documentation as required. Adhere to established security measures and safety protocols. Tasks may vary based on assignment during scheduled shifts, including: Front of House: Customer Check-In, Sales Floor Assistance, Point of Sale Operations (Kiosk, In-Store, Pre-Order), Curbside Pickup, Roll Through Service. Back of House: Product Fulfillment, Receiving, Inventory Replenishment, Inventory Counts. Store Maintenance: Ensure cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards are met throughout the dispensary.
