As a Shift Leader at our MSU store located at 1600 Warren St, Mankato MN 56001, you will be the captain of our bakery, day or night! You possess the skills to effectively 'Own the Night' and beyond, by anticipating the business flow during a successful shift. Your hands-on leadership approach will not only involve building orders, suggestive selling, baking, and engaging with customers, but will also reflect your pride in being an integral part of the Insomniac team, contributing to a productive and enjoyable night for our store!

RESPONSIBILITIES OF A SHIFT LEADER:
• Deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality products to all our guests throughout their bakery experience.
• Assist store leadership in maintaining operations during your shift by communicating essential information, monitoring production efficiency, ensuring the team meets company standards, and supporting the training and coaching of team members.
• Prioritize and delegate tasks for baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning while leading the cookie crew.
• Collaborate and work alongside the Cookie Crew.
• Ensure a safe and clean working environment for guests and staff while adhering to safe food handling practices.
• Manage cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
