Role:We are seeking a Head of Procurement to lead and professionalize the critical supply chain area within a high-volume gastronomic group.The primary focus of this role is to optimize costs, foster competition among suppliers, and enhance margins through aggressive, meticulous, and strategic procurement management.Responsibilities:Oversee purchase processes and bid management with suppliers.Encourage competition among suppliers regarding pricing, terms, and timelines.Analyze actual consumption against recipes and operational standards.Negotiate critical high-volume inputs.Propose purchasing strategies for cash, timelines, or framework agreements.Collaborate with finance for a direct impact on profitability.Requirements:Proven experience in purchasing, sourcing, or procurement.Highly negotiable, expedient profile focused on cost savings.Ability to analyze consumption data and correlate with pricing.Strong organizational skills, follow-up, and commercial judgment.Experience in gastronomy or mass consumption is highly valued.Position Details:• Schedule: 4 hours daily, Monday to Friday, within the range of 9 AM to 6 PM.• Direct hiring.
