The ideal candidate will possess a strong skill set that encompasses the configuration and administration of More.com’s server and network infrastructure. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in troubleshooting and resolving escalated incidents logged in our internal ticketing system.As a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, your responsibilities will include:Overseeing the maintenance, configuration, and administration of our production IT infrastructure;Designing, deploying, and maintaining our cloud-based infrastructure within Microsoft Azure, encompassing IaaS (VMs, Networking firewalls/security), SaaS, and PaaS services (e.g., SQL Server databases, Azure Service Fabric services);Managing the maintenance and configuration of networking infrastructure, including routing, firewalling, and load-balancing;Collaborating with various teams, including Viva and third-party partners, to uphold our service level agreements (SLAs);Partnering with solution engineers and developers to identify business requirements and propose service improvements or new technology directions;Creating and updating documentation for systems processes and procedures;Assisting operations management in establishing procurement budgets for IT and infrastructure projects.
