The Role
As a Senior Anti-Fraud Analyst, you will spearhead intricate investigations in the anti-fraud domain while driving automation through AI tools and investigative bots. This role demands a blend of analytical prowess and practical AI automation skills to boost operational efficiency, expedite investigations, ensure compliance with scheme requirements, and enhance our overall anti-fraud framework.
The ideal candidate will be a hybrid expert: a seasoned investigator with profound knowledge of payment systems and a strong inclination towards AI-driven automation.
Responsibilities
- Lead thorough investigations into fraud patterns, operational incidents, and dispute discrepancies.
- Perform in-depth root-cause analyses utilizing data models, dashboards, and system logs.
- Identify systemic vulnerabilities and recurring patterns across operational processes.
- Establish, monitor, and refine key performance indicators (KPIs) and risk indicators related to investigations.
- Oversee and enhance the anti-fraud transaction monitoring ecosystem continuously.
- Design and implement AI-powered investigation bots to automate repetitive tasks.
- Create automation workflows utilizing generative AI, Python, Airflow, LLM agents, and associated tools.
- Collaborate with technology teams to integrate AI automations into risk management and issuing platforms.
- Improve bot accuracy and performance through prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and feedback mechanisms.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI for minimizing manual work and expediting investigation processes.
- Produce clear, well-structured, and high-quality investigation reports and recommendations.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations to address issues and enhance system functionality.
- Promptly escalate critical incidents and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of regulatory requirements and scheme guidelines, maintaining a compliance matrix.
