Key Responsibilities of the Position:
• Engage in effective communication with customers, suppliers, and trainers/facilitators utilizing modern digital tools.
• Assist in the scheduling and administration of programs and seminars, with approximately 70% being Virtual Instructor-Led and 30% in-person events.
• Coordinate the printing and packaging of seminar materials.
• Administer evaluations and measurements for seminars.
• Prepare presentations and reports for clients.
• Assist in the development of marketing materials and campaigns.
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the company's diverse products and services.
Office Support Responsibilities May Include:
• Management of the Call Center.
• Oversee the organization, appearance, and functionality of the office.
• Provide support to the management and consulting team in their daily activities.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
• Perform digital filing duties.
• Track and file expenses, collaborating with accounting services.
• Undertake ad hoc duties as required.
