Main responsibilities Oversee and optimize IT systems, networks, and applications to ensure strong performance and security. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for employees, clients, and healthcare providers. Collaborate with external partners to maintain regulatory compliance and manage vendor relationships. Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures to improve security and operational efficiency. Monitor IT performance and security metrics, identifying and addressing vulnerabilities or risks as they arise. Stay current with IT trends and technologies, recommending updates or improvements to infrastructure. Train staff on IT best practices and raise security awareness throughout the organization. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a Professional Course (CET) in Cybersecurity, IT Systems, or Networking. Solid understanding of IT systems, networks, and applications. Familiarity with cloud computing principles and architectures is considered a plus. Awareness of the importance of security within IT operations. Clear verbal and written communication skills for collaborating across teams. Fluency in Portuguese. Proficient spoken and written English. Ability to stay organized and manage priorities under pressure.
