Join the Operations Directorate of our Territory as a Compliance Control Officer, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the compliance of our services. Your responsibilities will encompass the following:
TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Secure the intervention perimeter.
- Prepare suitable equipment.
- Conduct inspections of the connection of internal and external sanitation networks to the public network, adhering to the sanitation regulations of the community (visual checks, dye tests, smoke tests, and camera inspections in collaboration with the hydro-cleaning service).
- Document the use of water resources outside the public drinking water network.
- Draft control visit reports and compliance certificates using provided tools, including our proprietary software on tablets.
- Update information in the shared database.
- Monitor the progress of assigned files.
- Adapt practices according to technical and regulatory developments.
- Assist in combating water theft by supervising private construction sites.
- Participate in hydro-cleaning when necessary.
- Ensure the maintenance of the service vehicle and equipment.
REPORTING
- Complete intervention tracking supports and transmit information to relevant services.
- Document daily activities using company tools and applications.
- Report any anomalies or dysfunctions encountered to your hierarchy.
- Utilize business-specific digital applications.
SAFETY-QSE
- Ensure the safety of installations before and during projects based on your qualifications.
- Follow the operating procedures of our quality - safety - environment management system.
- Maintain your work equipment and tools in good condition.
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL CONTRIBUTIONS
- Contribute to environmental and energy performance across all sites operated by the company.
- Adhere to ethical and compliance rules as well as associated cross-functional and technical procedures.
