As a Store Attendant at C Mauritius, you will play a vital role in our operations by ensuring the accurate receipt, organization, and distribution of goods. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks, including:Verifying the accuracy of incoming goods against purchase orders and invoices.Efficiently organizing deliveries to the general stores or requisitioning departments.Maintaining records of all items received and their respective acknowledgments from departments.Documenting daily receiving summaries and promptly addressing outstanding items.Coordinating with departments to prepare and schedule requisitions for deliveries.Updating stock levels in collaboration with the Storekeeper.Ensuring all goods delivered to the hotel are supported by appropriate purchase documentation.Inspecting the quality and quantity of all received goods.Forwarding items to the appropriate departments or general stores.Registering and verifying goods leaving the hotel, such as returnable containers.Ensuring adequate stock levels for seamless hotel operations.Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the stores and receiving areas.Adhering to departmental policies and hotel regulations.Reporting any disciplinary or grievance matters to the Financial Controller.Upholding a safe and hygienic working environment at all times.Complying with Occupational Safety and Health regulations and local safety codes.Promoting energy efficiency and environmentally friendly practices.Participating in training sessions as required by management.Maintaining high standards of personal hygiene and grooming.
