This full-time hybrid position offers the opportunity to work part of the time in the office and part from home.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesForge and nurture relationships with key federal government accounts to stimulate revenue growth and enhance client satisfaction.Engage in high-volume cold calling, organizing new meetings, and establishing connections within government agencies.Oversee capture efforts throughout the entire lifecycle, including strategy and proposal development, to enhance P-WIN.Identify and articulate win themes and differentiators, assisting in formulating effective bid strategies.Collaborate in building teams and partnerships with industry collaborators.Work alongside technical teams and subject matter experts to create persuasive proposals that align with client needs.Manage relationships with key stakeholders within target agencies, prospective partners, and vendors.Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and the competitive landscape in the federal sector.Prepare and present executive briefs and presentations to senior leadership and clients.Oversee capture timelines and resources to guarantee successful bid submissions.Participate in strategic events, conferences, workshops, and meetings as required.Carry out additional duties as assigned.QualificationsMinimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Development Manager, successfully leading captures for federal government contracts.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field is mandatory.Demonstrated success in building and nurturing relationships with federal clients and understanding their procurement processes.Proven history of securing federal contracts in the technology sector and fostering strong client relationships.Ability to devise effective capture strategies, win themes, and differentiators.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging with senior leadership, federal clients, partners, vendors, and staff.Proficient in maintaining and creating detailed documentation utilizing the Microsoft Suite.Strong analytical and research capabilities, with meticulous attention to detail.Proactive, resourceful, and capable of independent work.Why Join Astor & Sanders Corporation?At Astor & Sanders Corporation (www.astor-sanders.com), you will experience a unique and stimulating environment that promotes individual growth and rewards performance.
