As a key member of our dynamic and collaborative Go-to-Market (GTM) Operations team, the Salesforce CRM Manager will oversee and drive all CRM-related projects and processes.
This role is crucial in guiding the organization toward enhancing processes and efficiency within Salesforce. You will gather, document, and analyze business requirements to create data-driven solutions. You will be responsible for ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of software projects, encompassing Analysis, Design, Development, and Quality Assurance.
This position is based at our headquarters in McLean, VA. At Appian, we believe in the power of in-person collaboration, which is vital to our mission of excellence. Employees in this role are expected to work in the office five days a week to foster a collaborative culture and celebrate our shared successes.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and maintain daily CRM operations, including sales cases, user setup, custom objects, profiles and roles, workflow/process builder, visual flows, custom fields, validation rules, and page layouts.
Collaborate with teams to draft specifications and frame Salesforce projects, ensuring alignment with the company’s daily operations and objectives for effective solution proposals.
Analyze and report on CRM-specific data, becoming a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Funnel/Pipeline information.
Develop and support the creation of user guides and training materials for significant releases.
Enhance GTM efficiency by addressing sales funnel bottlenecks through technology, including evaluating and implementing third-party solutions and managing the lifecycle of new technologies.
