Role overview
The Senior Sales Engineer joins Raft’s business development team as a technical expert and trusted advisor. This role connects product capabilities with client needs, focusing on customer engagement and technical communication for defense clients.
What you will do
- Lead product demonstrations to highlight Raft’s platforms for prospective and current clients.
- Conduct technical discovery sessions to understand client needs and mission requirements.
- Translate product features into technical narratives tailored to a defense audience.
- Align Raft’s solutions with customer challenges and objectives.
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure solutions address real-world mission demands.
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders such as warfighters and program managers.
This position plays a central role in connecting Raft’s technical strengths to the needs of defense clients, supporting the company’s growth and mission impact.
