About the Role Dan Murphy's is opening a new store in Melrose Park and is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to help launch and run daily operations. This position works closely with the Store Manager to create a welcoming shopping experience and support the team in reaching sales goals. What You Will Do Support the Store Manager in day-to-day store operations Oversee inventory management and stock control Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures Motivate, coach, and develop team members Promote a positive workplace culture Focus on customer satisfaction and service Location This role is based at Dan Murphy's Melrose Park, a new store opening soon.
