The ideal candidate should possess a robust background in networking, infrastructure management, AWS cloud services, and cybersecurity. This role will be crucial in sustaining and advancing our IT systems to support our business operations and expansion. The Director of IT will operate in a hybrid capacity (onsite 2-3 days a week) and will report to the VP of IT/IS.

Following a phase of rapid expansion, we need an experienced technical leader who can unify our distributed teams, enhance our delivery efficiency, and uphold a high standard of architectural excellence.Reporting directly to our executive team, you will manage an organization of over 80 engineers and 12 QA specialists. With 70% of our engineering talent located in China, this role demands a leader capable of bridging Eastern and Western business cultures while cultivating a cohesive, high-performing engineering culture globally.This is a full-time, hybrid position requiring attendance in our Menlo Park office three days a week to facilitate close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
