We seek an experienced professional with extensive hands-on expertise in Python and serverless architectures, who can take technical ownership of solutions from inception to deployment.This position transcends mere task execution; we require someone capable of analyzing project requirements, making informed technical decisions, and enhancing existing systems in live production environments.Your primary focus will be on optimizing our AWS-based serverless systems through: Feature enhancements and system evolution Seamless new integrations Improvements in performance, scalability, and reliability A strong coding proficiency is essential, especially in Python for backend and serverless development, complemented by a deep understanding of system design and improvement.

Requirements Currently mid-career or a recent graduate in an IT-related field (such as Software Development, Mechatronics, or similar areas). Alternatively, at least six months of programming experience. Be sure to include personal projects, boot camps, workshops, or courses on your resume. English proficiency at the B1 or B2 level. Internships are not considered work experience, but should still be listed on your resume. Availability for a minimum of five hours during the day. Must be a Mexican national or permanent resident. As a Harness Designer, you will play a critical role in analyzing and refining client requirements, architecture, and design. You will effectively communicate any changes to our internal teams to ensure smooth operations.Examine 2D and 3D harness designs, ensuring accurate interpretation and maintaining effective communication between the client and manufacturing plant.Assess and address plant engineering change proposals while actively seeking opportunities for continuous improvement.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary design team as the plant liaison and take the lead in the sample buildup processes.Generate New Part Number Requests (NPNRs) for new components and conduct Manufacturing Feasibility Reviews (MFRs) for all new designs.Establish validation plans, evaluate testing outcomes, and create comprehensive bills of materials (BOMs).Utilize relevant methods and tools such as Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Design for Manufacturing (DFM).Initiate and monitor Value Analysis and Value Engineering (VAVE) initiatives.Carry out design release engineering and provide support for pre-RFQ conceptual projects for clients.Maintain regular communication with client and supplier engineering departments, offering technical insights and support for presentations.
