In this fulfilling position, you will engage in one-on-one interactions with children, implementing tailored behavior intervention plans under the mentorship of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Utilizing evidence-based strategies, you will help foster essential skills in communication, social interactions, and daily living while minimizing disruptive behaviors. This role seeks individuals who are dedicated to nurturing the potential of children with autism, demonstrating patience, empathy, and teamwork.
Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you are well-equipped to support each child’s journey, even if you lack prior experience. The work can be physically demanding; therefore, you should be comfortable with standing, walking, sitting, and lifting up to 50 pounds as you engage actively with our clients.
