As the Webmaster for Virtual Events, you will serve as the technical foundation of our experiential marketing initiatives. This role is more than just managing events; it involves designing and optimizing the digital experience. We seek a professional who can seamlessly connect Marketing and Web Development, ensuring our platforms, including Cvent, Goldcast, Bizzabo, and On24, are robust, integrated, and tailored to our needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a subject matter expert for event technology platforms, supporting Experiential Marketing Specialists.
- Platform Architecture: Spearhead the technical configuration of Cvent environments, including CSS/HTML customizations for event websites and sophisticated registration logic.
- Webmaster Duties: Oversee domain configurations, implement SSO (Single Sign-On), and resolve front-end display issues.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Leadership teams.
- Support the entire event lifecycle, from aligning stakeholders and configuring platforms to managing attendee communications and conducting post-event analysis.
- Manage various event components across multiple channels, including AV, webinars, mobile applications, and digital customer journeys.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment with business objectives.
- Execute simulive and on-demand webinars, handling pre-recording, scheduling, and live moderation.
- Technical Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and debugging for complex registration paths and mobile app deployments.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and knowledge transfer materials.
- Analyze event performance and feedback to promote continuous improvement.
