Role overview The Strategic Account Manager will play a key role in Beeflow’s growth in Mexico. This position blends agronomy with business development, focusing first on expanding revenue in the berry sector and later broadening into other crops. What you will do Lead the full sales cycle: Oversee prospecting through contract closure to grow revenue and consolidate berry acreage, including blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries. Expand strategically: Identify and develop new markets in crops such as avocado and tomato to diversify Beeflow’s reach in Mexico. Manage key accounts: Act as a technical and commercial advisor to major producers, conduct field visits, deliver performance reports, and help address agronomic challenges. Coordinate globally: Collaborate with R&D and Operations teams in North America to maintain technical standards and deliver strong customer service. Represent the brand: Attend industry events and position Beeflow’s management as a market benchmark. Support growth: Start as an independent contributor, with the opportunity to build and lead a support team as Beeflow expands.
