POSITION SUMMARY
We are on the lookout for a proactive DSCR Loan Officer to join our dynamic lending team and report directly to our VP of Sales. In this pivotal role, you will generate revenue by originating hard money loans for residential real estate investors, focusing on the fix-and-flip, ground-up construction, and DSCR markets. You will oversee the complete sales process from initial prospecting to closing deals while cultivating long-lasting relationships with clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Engagement
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with real estate investors through consistent outreach and tailored service, making over 100 outbound calls daily.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through Park Place Finance’s array of customized lending solutions and helping them navigate our offerings in Fix-and-Flip, Ground-Up Construction, and DSCR loans.
- Ensure a stellar client experience by providing regular updates throughout the loan process, coordinating with both borrowers and internal teams.
Loan Qualification & Structuring
- Assist clients in preparing for investments by collecting financial documentation, property information, and business plans.
- Evaluate borrower experience, deal strength, and risk profiles to assess eligibility aligning with our underwriting criteria, facilitating a smoother process.
- Utilize company-issued tools to structure loans following internal guidelines for expedited closings.
Sales & Pipeline Management
- Respond to inquiries from teammates and external sources swiftly, converting qualified leads into actionable loan options.
- Track deal progress and proactively manage follow-ups to increase conversion rates.
- Submit 1-2 qualified loan applications weekly, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete.
