Position Overview
As a Robotics Field Operations Associate, you will be instrumental in ensuring the reliable performance of our autonomous delivery robots. While our robots are designed for independence, there will be moments when they require assistance, be it navigating around unforeseen obstacles, addressing technical glitches, or adapting to environmental challenges. That's where your expertise comes into play.
In this dynamic, hands-on role, you will support our robots in the field, conduct light maintenance tasks such as cleaning sensors, and ensure that deliveries are executed safely and punctually. Your proactive problem-solving skills and on-site support will be vital in minimizing service disruptions and safeguarding valuable equipment. Additionally, you will document incidents and share insights that contribute to the continuous enhancement of our technology and operations.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams in operations, engineering, and customer support, aiding in robot deployments, addressing technical issues, and supporting safety and training initiatives.
This position is based on-site at our Wynwood hub in Miami, FL, five days a week.
