This role will support the Operations team with managing commercial visits, check-ins, and check-outs, as well as assist the Facility & Maintenance team with minor maintenance tasks in the apartments.Key Responsibilities:Perform minor maintenance tasks in the apartments (e.g., changing light bulbs, painting walls), updating the CRM system with the outcomes of each task;Carry out preventative check-in tasks in the apartments, updating the CRM system with the results of each task;Manage check-in and check-out processes;Conduct commercial visits;Provide back-office support for managing requests from tenants, administrators, property owners, and suppliers.
