Salary: £24,000 per annum
Shift times: Straight shifts with evenings off.
Contracted hours: between 36 to 45 hours per week, plus paid overtime.

Your Role:
As a Junior Sous Chef, you will collaborate closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to ensure the restaurant operates smoothly while delighting our guests with exceptional food and service.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Creating menus that meet high culinary standards
- Managing food and cleaning orders
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date due diligence documentation
- Supervising the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence
