Join Our Team as a Junior Sous Chef in Woburn!

This position allows you to enjoy a 5:00 PM finish, ensuring your evenings are free, along with major holidays like Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and Easter Sunday off. Weekends off are also part of the package!
Salary: £24,000 per annum
Shift Schedule: Straight shifts with evenings off.
Contracted Hours: 36 to 45 hours per week, plus paid overtime.

Your Role:
As a Junior Sous Chef, you will collaborate with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to ensure the smooth operation of our kitchen, delighting customers with both our service and food quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Crafting menus that meet our high standards
- Managing food and cleaning order sheets
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date due diligence documents
- Overseeing kitchen operations in the absence of the Head Chef
