Role Overview: Senior Field Service Maintenance Technician Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin (Regional travel required) This senior technician role centers on advanced maintenance and repair of industrial equipment, with a strong preference for candidates experienced in CNC maintenance and repair. Main Responsibilities Perform expert-level break-fix and preventative maintenance, including root cause analysis, dismantling and repairing devices, adjusting functional parts, and testing both electrical and mechanical systems. CNC maintenance and repair experience is highly preferred. Identify and source required parts and supplies. Evaluate alternatives to improve equipment reliability and cost-effectiveness, and assemble retrofit and upgrade packages. Independently complete maintenance tasks following industry standards. Develop maintenance standards for new or modified manufacturing equipment. Guide customer teams in optimizing maintenance processes and implementing preventative maintenance strategies.
