YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES As part of the industrialization of the aircraft program with our partner/client, the primary role of the 'Structural Analyst/Engineer' is to ensure that the stress analysis within their scope meets the certification requirements for the primary structure under static and fatigue conditions. Knowledge of secondary structures and system installations is an asset. The Structural Analyst/Engineer reports directly to the Calculation Team Leader and is responsible for:• Ensuring that the technical scope is adhered to according to customer requirements, program needs, and manufacturing specifications.• Participating in stress analyses of primary and/or secondary structures within their scope:o Supporting technical decision-making related to primary structure stress analysis,o Supporting technical decisions for fixed and movable supports,• Preparing key technical deliverables and ensuring compliance with company and client requirements;

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES As an Aerospace Engineer specializing in Cabin Support and In-Service Repairs, you will:Provide technical support to A220 operators within the cabin environment.Analyze, develop, and implement technical documentation, including Service Bulletins and Vendor Service Bulletins.Evaluate documentation from the perspective of operators and MROs, ensuring effective application and understanding.Investigate recurrent cabin issues (structures, systems, configurations) and initiate change requests (PCRs) in collaboration with program teams, suppliers, and engineering services.Coordinate proposed solutions with various stakeholders involved with the A220, considering regulatory compliance, materials, processes, and cabin constraints.

YOUR ROLE As part of the industrialization of the aircraft program in collaboration with our partner/client, the Structural Calculator MRB will play a critical role in ensuring the structural integrity of manufacturing solutions. This involves performing essential analytical calculations on affected aircraft components within timely deadlines. You will report directly to the Calculation Team Leader and be responsible for:Participating in structural stress analyses of both primary and secondary structures to validate proposed concessions and provide alternative solutions as necessary;Ensuring compliance with fatigue and damage tolerance requirements by validating proposed concessions through calculations;Quickly assessing structural issues and providing direction and guidance to the MRB Liaison team members.RequirementsYOUR PROFILE IS ESSENTIAL TO OUR SUCCESS Specific Requirements• Bachelor's/Master's Degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering;• At least 10 years of experience in analyzing primary metallic structure stresses (skin/frames/stringers…);• Familiarity with aeronautical calculation processes and methods;• Proficient in Catia (consultation) and well-versed in NASTRAN, PATRAN (using existing models, extracting efforts/stresses…);• Experience in calculating sheet metal and machined parts;• Experience in composite parts calculation is a plus;• Experience in MRB calculations;• Competent in repair techniques;• Ability to handle stress and work under pressure;• Strong written and verbal communication skills;• Languages: English (verbal and written); French (verbal);Skills• Capable of working both collaboratively and independently;• Excellent listening and interpersonal skills;• Enthusiastic nature, enjoys a fast-paced environment and finds urgent and unforeseen situations stimulating; able to respond calmly and effectively while delivering quality work.The Sogeclair Group values diversity and inclusion, considering these elements essential to its performance.
