Role overview H&M Group seeks a Visual Merchandiser for its Mirabel Premium Outlets location. This role centers on designing in-store displays that draw attention and invite customers to browse. The main objective is to create a memorable shopping space that encourages sales and sets the store apart. What you will do Arrange and refresh product displays to showcase new arrivals and highlight seasonal trends Apply creativity and attention to detail to improve the store’s visual presentation Help build a welcoming atmosphere that encourages customers to return Work location This position is based at Mirabel Premium Outlets in Mirabel.

Ensure that products comply with established quality procedures and standards.Oversee the integration of quality documentation (FAI, certificates, non-conformance reports, etc.).Conduct first production piece inspections (FAI).Program a CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine).Record and interpret measurements using CMM, Laser Tracker, or 3D scanner.Address non-conformities efficiently.Identify all issues and anomalies that could hinder smooth production operations.Contribute to process optimization to enhance costs, quality, and delivery timelines.Maintain and update internal and external deliverables in accordance with the company's Quality Management System standards and procedures.Perform tasks while upholding the company’s vision, principles, and code of ethics.Carry out any other related duties as assigned.
