Develop and monitor the maintenance department budget, ensuring labor, MRO inventory, contractor costs, and capital expenditures align with cost control measures. Support safety, quality, and productivity improvements through necessary equipment and facilities upgrades. Track maintenance metrics such as equipment downtime and preventive maintenance completion rates. Ensure adherence to HelloFresh’s safety policies and report workplace hazards promptly.
