Main responsibilities Manage the workflow: Oversee each stage of the reconditioning pipeline, including Inspection, Mechanical, Bodyshop, Detail, Quality Control, and Merchandising. Keep vehicles moving efficiently and support the team in meeting targets. Hands-on technical execution: Perform inspections, complete repairs, and provide technical support as needed on the shop floor.
