Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage BCBAs and RBTs to uphold clinical quality standards.Oversee the daily execution of behavior intervention strategies, treatment plans, and client documentation.Provide constructive feedback to BCBAs and RBTs regarding clinical implementation, including hands-on modeling.Conduct behavioral and skill assessments and develop treatment plans for new clients as needed.Assist BCBAs in conducting comprehensive assessments (FBA, FA, preference assessments, etc.).Engage with families through monthly check-in calls.Support the ABA Academy of Excellence training program by analyzing regional IOA and treatment integrity data.Travel as necessary for assessments, team oversight, and support for high-risk clients.Qualifications:Current BCBA certification.New Jersey State Licensure preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience in the ABA field preferred.Must maintain a clean background, drug screenings, and driving record.
