Lightspeed is on the lookout for an AI Enablement Specialist to serve as a concrete reference for our no-code enterprise research and AI agent platform. Reporting to the IT department, this hybrid role bridges the gap between technical implementation and team adoption, driving the cultural shift towards an agent-assisted workforce. You will provide expert training, advanced technical support, and assist teams in validating high-impact AI use cases through our "AI Labs" methodology.
Your Responsibilities:
Support and promote the adoption of Project Sidekick across the organization.
Provide level 2/3 technical support for complex issues related to agent development, workflow logic, and tool integration.
Assist business units with platform configuration and connector integration (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, ServiceNow), while ensuring data and permission integrity.
Create, test, and refine no-code proof of concepts (POCs) to demonstrate feasibility and value.
Maintain cutting-edge expertise on the “Agent Builder” environment and connected productivity tools (e.g., Atlassian, Miro, Monday.com).
Design and deliver high-level training on advanced enterprise research and agent utilization.
Train and support a decentralized network of internal AI champions to drive adoption across departments.
Collaborate with HR and Communications teams to promote successes and use cases.
Facilitate AI Labs workshops to guide teams in mapping their processes and identifying friction points.
Validate use cases by translating business needs into achievable technical requirements for agents.
Manage and prioritize the AI agent backlog, focusing on high-value repetitive tasks.
