At Lightspeed, we are on the lookout for a Director of Growth Marketing to join our global team. Your role will be pivotal: driving the creation of data-driven strategies that generate revenue, optimize performance, and scale our customer acquisition efforts internationally. You will be an essential leader, responsible for overseeing the marketing organization at Lightspeed. Your primary mission? Build scalable growth engines, refine our conversion funnels, and embed data-driven decision-making throughout the acquisition and customer lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Strategy, Performance, and Leadership:
Manage four core teams: Marketing Automation (MAT), Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), Marketing Analytics, and Marketing AI.
Team Leadership and Development: Oversee and nurture a high-performing global team (Automation, CRO, AI, and Data), fostering collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
Growth Strategy: Define and execute global growth strategies aligned with Lightspeed’s business objectives across all our markets and verticals.
Data-Driven Optimization: Promote experimentation and data analysis to optimize lead generation, conversion funnels, and retention efforts.
Marketing Automation: Manage our complete marketing tech stack and automation strategy to ensure scalable and efficient execution of campaigns.
Conversion Rate Optimization: Lead CRO efforts on our web properties, collaborating with UX, design, and content teams to continually test and enhance user journeys.
Marketing AI: Collaborate with the Information Systems team to implement innovative ways to leverage AI for marketing efficiency.
