We are in search of a dynamic and strategic Director of Partnerships to lead, design, and expand our partner-driven revenue initiatives for our North American Retail Point of Sale (POS) division.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for fostering revenue growth sourced from partnerships, speeding up customer acquisition, and enhancing the sustained performance of our Retail ecosystem. You will head a multi-tiered team of partner growth managers, crafting and implementing the regional partnerships strategy while ensuring alignment with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations.
This position demands a unique blend of strategic executive vision, meticulous operational execution, and inspiring leadership. The ideal candidate is an experienced partnerships leader, adept at navigating intricate go-to-market strategies, motivating high-performing teams, and establishing scalable initiatives that yield immediate revenue and foster long-term market growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Ecosystem Development
- Develop the Strategy: Take ownership of the North American partner strategy for Retail POS, creating a comprehensive playbook for partner-generated revenue, pipeline creation, and customer acquisition.
- Expand New Channels: Discover, launch, and operationalize new partnership avenues and acquisition channels to broaden our market presence and unlock additional growth opportunities.
- Shape the Ecosystem: Play a vital role in defining Lightspeed's broader partner ecosystem strategy, focusing on key partner profiles (ISVs, referrals, strategic alliances) and customizing go-to-market approaches accordingly.
- Translate Vision into Action: Convert company-wide growth objectives into clear, scalable, and measurable partner programs.
Revenue & Performance Management
- Achieve Revenue Goals: Lead regional partner-driven revenue and customer acquisition efforts, consistently reaching and surpassing monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
- Enhance Performance: Optimize revenue generation across all existing channels (inbound, referrals, integrations, and strategic partners) while exploring and implementing new growth strategies.
- Operational Excellence: Collaborate with Revenue Operations to ensure operational rigor and efficiency.
