As a pivotal member of our Revenue Operations team, the Sales Commissions Manager will oversee the entire commissions process and strategy. You will ensure precision, transparency, and alignment with our go-to-market (GTM) and corporate goals. Your responsibilities will include delivering timely and compliant commission payouts, enhancing processes, and generating strategic insights to optimize incentive designs and sales performance. Collaborating closely with senior leaders in GTM, RevOps, People & Culture, and Finance, you will ensure that our commissions programs foster growth and accountability. Additionally, you will lead, mentor, and expand a team of analysts to enhance the efficiency, automation, and effectiveness of our commissions framework.
This strategic, hands-on position is ideal for a seasoned operator who possesses strong analytical skills, operational leadership, and a relentless commitment to continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.
Your Responsibilities:
In the role of the Manager of Commissions, you will spearhead the execution and advancement of our sales compensation framework. You will collaborate across departments to ensure operational excellence, align with company OKRs, and provide strategic advice on compensation programs designed to enhance performance and retention.
Monthly Payouts and Reporting
You will accurately calculate commission payouts and ensure timely submissions to Payroll, maintaining compliance with all processes and controls. By managing this critical function, you will uphold transparency and alignment with GTM priorities. Furthermore, you will facilitate Monthly Insights Meetings with RevOps and Managing Directors (MDs), showcasing actionable data to support strategic decisions.
Business Reviews and Incentive Programs
As an integral part of the Revenue Operations team, you will contribute to the RevOps Monthly Business Review (MBR) presentations and discussions. You will also take ownership of sales incentive programs, including Elite performance initiatives, Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs), spiffs, and the President's Club, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and effective implementation.
