This position also supports the US Pharmacovigilance (PV) Safety Data and Reconciliation Manager, ensuring the efficient processing, prioritization, and archiving of reconciliations with vendor partners for various programs, including PSDMPs, CRSs, and AOL. Adherence to compliance standards and Pharmacovigilance Agreements is essential, as is alignment with company SOPs and regulatory guidelines.The reconciliation of potential safety reports with vendor partners and managing data related to litigation cases and medical records is critical for maintaining compliance with both local and international regulations. Additional responsibilities include tracking daily workload metrics related to US PV Triage.Key Responsibilities:Ensure all adverse event reports are reconciled by the local US PV organization in line with Pharmacovigilance Agreements. Identify when escalation is necessary to secure adverse event reports from partner vendors.Conduct thorough analyses of incoming communications from vendor partners in support of compliance and prioritize reconciliation workload effectively.Facilitate communication with external partners and internal teams to streamline reconciliation processes and adhere to regulatory reporting deadlines, escalating issues to management as needed.Perform reconciliations of adverse event reports with partners and programs, utilizing critical thinking to identify reports both in the Safety Database and Document Repository.Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the reconciliation process to support compliance and reporting requirements.

Utilizing vehicles equipped with advanced 360-degree cameras, our drivers will document the surroundings and store the data for enhancing one of the world’s leading online maps.Drivers will be assigned specific routes through commercial districts and historical landmarks. Due to potential weather-related challenges, some areas may require multiple visits to ensure high-quality imagery. This project is anticipated to last a minimum of three months, covering various city and state zones.The ideal candidate should have a passion for driving, possess in-depth knowledge of the local area and traffic patterns, and demonstrate a high level of responsibility and reliability.The expected work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day, totaling 40 hours per week.
